Born in Tokyo in 1972.Adored to a restaurant serviceman and joined a long-established restaurant in Ginza · Mikasa Kaikan.
He is the Italian restaurant of the company's West Ginza, and the manager of the Continental restaurant in Hiroo.
After that, in order to learn service skills of French cuisine, joined the Michelin 1st star Kono owner chef's French restaurant · Mona Lisa Ebisu head office.At the same store serve as M. Dottel and Sommelier.
