Career

Born in Tokyo in 1972. I admired a restaurant serviceman and joined a long-established restaurant in Ginza · Mikasa Kaikan.

He is the Italian restaurant of the company's West Ginza, and the manager of the Continental restaurant in Hiroo.

After that, in order to learn service skills of French cuisine, I joined the French restaurant Mona Lisa Ebisu head office of Michelin 1st star Kono owner chef. At the same store serve as M. Dottel and Sommelier.

May 30, 2009 Opened wine bar Cave de TAMURA at Mitaka.

Acquired Senior Sommelier of the Japan Sommelier Association in 2011
